E-Mail Ausgangsbestätigung / Versandbestätigung

Hallo
Ich habe am 30.12.19 eine Mail zum Widerruf eines Vertrags verschickt.
Diese ist auch in meinen Ausgangsordner.
Ich habe keine Lesebestätigung angefordert.
Nach heutiger Nachfrage auf die gleiche Empfängeradresse kam die Antwort, dass die 1. Mail nicht angekommen ist und die Frist nun abgelaufen ist.
Ist es möglich noch einen "Nachweis" zu bekommen, dass die Mail vom 30.12.19 vom Server von T-Online "rausging"?
