E-Mails zum Zurücksetzen des Passworts werden nicht empfangen

Hello!

I am trying to reset my Spotify password but I would not receive the link reset email. I thought the problem was on the Spotify site, but then I had the same problem with two other platforms that I use. And no, my T-Online email memory is not full!

Does anyone know what the problem is? How can i solve? Because this is very annoying that I can't use Spotify or other services because I can't get a reset email link.

      Did you check the Spam folder?

      You can receive other e-Mails?

      Can you share what other platforms have this problem?

      Did you receive the e-mail in the meantime or are you still experiencing issues?
      Have you checked your spam folder?

      I still have this problem. I noticed again today that I am not receiving some emails from services (Spotify etc) that I use. To test it I sent an email from my Gmail account to my T-Online account, but it's been an hour and I haven't received that email. I suspect it won't receive email from a Hotmail account either because I haven't heard from a friend who wrote to me a lot but suddenly stopped typing.

       

      I tried to send an email from my wife's T-Online account and that email was received immediately. Ich habe natürlich den Spam-Ordner überprüft und dort ist nichts.

       

      What could be wrong?

      Hello @hanschumann 

      as you sent the email from your Gmail account, did you receive a message that there was a problem? A mail delivery report?
      This would be very useful, there you can see the reason why the email couldn't be delivered.

      Hey,
      I have noticed the same problem. I would not receive Spotify emails and some other emails as well. I use T-Online as my professional account and I have been applying for jobs but not receiving anything in my Inbox or Spam folder. This is a big problem for me, as it might be causing me more harm than I know.
