als Nachtrag zur Antwort von @jojo1 nur noch folgendes:
Die Telekom-Mail-Server werden leider häufig von Microsoft auf die Blacklist gesetzt, da über diese Server sehr viel Mails- manchmal auch Spam-Mails, verschickt werden.
Solange die Server auf dieser Liste stehen ist kein Versand an Hotmail.xx und outlook.xx Adressen möglich. Die Mails werden einfach nicht angenommen.
