Emails teilweise unzustellbar

Beim Versuch testweise eine Email von meinem Outlook-Account an meine T-Online-Adresse zu senden habe ich folgenden Fehler bekommen (Mailbox ist nicht voll):

Microsoft und die Telekom führen einen offenbar auf Dauer angelegten Krieg gegeneinander, in dem sie den jeweils anderen als Quelle übermäßigen Spams identifizieren. Meist ist es allerdings MS, die die Telekom blacklistet. Eine der Maßnahmen der Telekom besteht in der Begrenzung der Anzahl paralleler Mailübergaben. M. E. macht es angesichts dieser Zicken weder Sinn bei Microsoft einen Mailaccount noch bei der Telekom ernsthaft, z. B. beruflich zu nutzen und auch die Verbindung mit Freunden und Verwandten hält man besser über andere ISP .
Ich betreue seit gut 10 Jahren einige Mailserver, bei denen regelmäßig einige Tausend bis hin - in den übelsten Zeiten - zu einigen Zehntausend Spams im Monat eingehen. Ich kann nicht feststellen, dass darunter derzeit sonderlich viele aus den Netzen der Telekom oder von Microsoft sind. Aktuell ist die Belastung durch Spam sogar eher gering.

Bitte entschuldigen Sie die späte Reaktion.
Ich hoffe natürlich, dass sich die Situation zwischenzeitlich wieder entspannt hat und die E-Mails wieder normal versendet werden können.
Leider kann es immer wieder dazu kommen, dass eine höhere SPAM-Anzahl eine vorübergehende Sperrung eines Mailservers zur Folge haben kann. Meist regelt es sich dann nach einigen Tagen von selbst, wenn das SPAM-Aufkommen wieder geringer geworden ist.
