hallo meine mailadresse wird von bl.spamcop.net als spam eingestuft, was kann ich tun?

Der Mailserver des Empfängers teilt mir mit, dass meine Mailadresse auf einer Liste steht?! Ich vermute eher, die meinen den Telekomserver, über den meine Mail raus ging?!
