Man beschafft sich eine ordentliche Mailadresse. Und meldet gelegentlich Hotmail als Spamschleuder, so als Retourkutsche. Ich erhalte um Größenordnungen mehr Spam via Hotmail/Outlook als von Telekom-IPs.

Ich habe das selbe Problem. (mail von xxx.t-online.de an yyy.hotmail.co.jp rejected)
Microsoft kann (will) nicht helfen. Das Problem besteht seit 1-2 Wochen!
We have investigated your deliverability issue regarding IP: (194.xx.xxx.xx). At the current time, these IPs are not eligible for mitigation.
Meine IP startet mit 192, also vermute ich das Problem bei T-online.
Ich hatte auch schon das umgekehrte Problem, dass mails an t-online geblockt wurden, ohne Lösung.
