Guten Morgen,

wir ( bzw. Mein Mann) ist als inklusivnutzer registriert und wir haben auf dem Hauptaccount Mail M mit 15 GB dazugebucht. Er hat aber nur Zugriff auf 1 GB obwohl im Profil 15GB aktiv angezeigt wird. Er bekommt nun täglich die Meldung sein Postfach ist voll. Wie können wir die GB Anzahl von seinem Konto erhöhen?
