Mail-Adresse gesperrt

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

 

mein Passwort wurde gesperrt da es anscheinend gehackt worden ist.

Jetzt muss ich mein Passwort ändern aber komme nicht dazu da die Mail-Adresse nicht in meinem Kundencenter für mich ersichtlich hinterlegt ist.

Wenn ich die Mail jetzt als Zusätzliche Anlegen möchte bekomme ich einen PIN auf die Mail Adresse geschickt die ja gesperrt ist.

 

Wie kann ich jetzt die Mail Adresse in mein Kundencenter bekommen das ich das Passwort ändern kann.

 

Wenn ich eine alternative Anmeldung wähle habe ich natürlich meine Zugangsdaten und das Kennwort meines Kundencenters aber da die Mail nicht hinterlegt ist nützt mir das gerade auch nichts.

 

Was kann ich tun.?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
