Mails abrufen nicht möglich

Hallo Telekomteam,

seit 28.10.22 bekomme ich keine Mails mehr.
Ebenso kann ich auch keine mehr versenden, weil „das Postfach voll ist“

Dies kann aber nicht sein, da i

genügend Speicher zur Verfügung steht und auch der Papierkorb leer ist.

Was kann ich tun?
