Mal wieder: "Ihr Server unterstützt nicht den angegebene Verbindungsverschlüsselungstyp"

Ich kann plötzlich keine Emails mehr mit Outlook versenden. Auch das WIN11 Programm Postausgang funktioniert nicht.
Mit dem 'E-Mail Center' hat es dagegen funktioniert.
Was kann die Ursache hierfür sein? Ich habe doch keine TLS Verschlüsselung umgestellt.
