My new Glasfaser connection was activated today and the internet is working fine. I then got an email with my access data (Zugangsdaten) as an encrypted PDF. The password to open it was sent by SMS to the mobile number in my order, but that number is no longer mine, so I never got the SMS and can't open the PDF.
Could the team please update the mobile number in my contract and send the PDF password again to my new number?
I'm happy to send my order number and new phone number by private message. Sorry for writing in English, my German is still basic.

@Fernando Viera Shit happens if you forget to check / update your personal data :-)
But hopefully the community T-Team will be able to assist in bringing the data set up-to-date....
Make sure, you have filled your profile with contact data and preferred call-back time slot.
