- die installierte Windows-Version
- ob mit dem letzten Windows-Update der Patch-day vom Aug. 2019 gemeint ist
- Fehlermeldungen beim Versand

Entschuldigung, hab ich vergessen: E-Mail-Programm ist "Windows Live Mail 2012". Habe mir extra Thunderbird installiert, da ist es aber genau so wie bei Live Mail. Fehlermeldung:
"This is the mail system at host mailout06.t-online.de.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.
The mail system

Hallo @bschemel
Das ist nur eine Information,da eine Lösung zur Zeit wohl noch nicht in Sicht ist.
Wenn du dir die Fehlermeldung anschaust, deine Mail ging über den Server
Mailout06 und der wird zur Zeit von den genannten Empfängerservern geblockt.
Trat bislang nur bei outlook.com und hotmail Empfängetadressen auf.
Ob das etwas mit dem Windows Update ist eher fraglich.
Das Problem weitet sich offensichtlich immer weiter aus.

Danke für die Antworten, aber die Frage ist, wie es jetzt weiter geht. Wer bastelt an einer Lösung? Was muss ich tun? Wie erfahre ich, dass eine Lösung gefunden ist? Muss ich das Problem bei der Telekom melden? usw. usw.
