Ist zwar für Outlook 2013/16 sollte aber klappen!
wird auch wirklich das gesonderte Passwort für E-Mail Programme genutzt?

Ja, inzwischen läuft mein neues Outlook 2019 mit T-Online E-Mail. Super, danke! Der Grund der Fehlfunktion war das falsche gesonderte E-Mail Passwort. Ich habe es neu eingerichtet, wie im zweiten Link beschrieben. Dann lief Outlook 2019 auf meinem neuen Windows10-Computer. Nochmals danke!
