Telekom Mail App funktioniert nicht mehr

Seit einiger Zeit funktioniert auf meinem Honor 8x von Huawei die Mail-App trotz mehrfacher De- und Neuinstallation nicht. Nach dem Start kommt der magenta farbene Startbildschirm und das war es dann auch.
