Telekom Mail App stürzt immer ab, was kann ich tun?

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

unzälige Male habe ich nun die Telekom Mail App installiert und wieder deinstalliert (Samsung Galaxy M20). Immer wenn ich die App öffne, stürzt sie direkt ab. Ich weiß nicht, was ich noch tun kann, um die App endlich ans Laufen zu bekommen.
