zusätzliche eMail-Adresse ohne Wartefrist freigeben

Ich möchte eine meiner zusätzlichen E-Mail-Adresse löschen und so freigeben, dass ich sie sofort einem T-Online Freemail-Account zuordnen kann. Nun gibt es ja den Haken von früher nicht mehr. Wie ist jetzt hier die richtige Vorgehensweise ohne 90 Tage warten?
