5G/LTE kein empfang

Hello, 

I have a DSL Hybrid 100, the DSL is working great but I'm wondering why I have this message "kein Empfang"

When I connect to the Speedport Smart 4, everything seems to be connected (see attached).

I tried to disconnect and reconnect the 5G recever but no change (Led Status/ 5G / LTE are green)

See attached some screens if that might help.

Do you have an idea what might be the problem ?

      i would try to do a factory-reset an then try again.

      Hi Buenni,

      thank you for the reply.
      I did a factory reset last sunday to troubleshoot the DSL, it worked well afterwards, both DSL+ 5G / LTE . I don’t want to loose internet again, I’ll try another factory reset if nothing work. 

       

      The led turned orange in the middle of the week for the 5G / LTE

      Hello again @redF0ox,

       

      I just checked it. Your DSL and LTE connection is online. Just as it's shown in the menu of the router. 

       

      The LTE and 5G cellls that are supplying your house, are working. 

      Everything seems to be okay. 

       

      So my guess is that the problem is connected to an actual bug of the firmware of the Speedport Smart 4. This should be fixed with the next update. I hope it will be released soon. 

       

      If I'm right, it would be best to wait for the next firmware release and then look if the problem disappears.
