Alle telekom IP's auf blackliste von Spamhouse.org

Hallo,
wie kann es sein das wirklich alle IP's, nur als Beispiel eine Range 84.143.0.1 - 84.143.255.254, die von der telekom.de vergeben werden bei spamhouse.org auf der blackliste stehen?
Der Sachverhalt, ich habe eine Domain, der Emailserver wird von einem sehr bekannten Anbieter betrieben, alles ist in die Registrar DNS eingetragen. Emails gingen raus und alles war ok.
Die Domain hat auch eine Webseite. Die IP wird über dyndns beim Registrar immer angepasst.
Das Problem ist jetzt, da die Telekom IP's alle geblacklistet sind, und die Domain in einem neighbourhood with “poor reputation” ist, steht die Domain wegen der Telekom IP auf der Blacklist bei spamhouse.org. Google, Microsoft etc, blockieren den Eingang von meinen Emails von meiner Domain, obwohl der Emailserver, Registrar + DNS sauber sind und nirgendwo auf einer Blacklist stehen.
Diesen "fehler" kann nur der ISP , in diesem Fall, die Telekom lösen und die IP's von der blacklist bei spamhouse.org mit einem Antrag runternehmen lassen.
Frage, wo kann ich mich da melden?
