Broken Router

Hello All,

 

You are such an interesting company that none of you speaks English.

 

Anyway,

 

I applied for internet service on December 5th. You sent a technician to my house on December 21 and he left without making the internet connection. 

The modem you sent me is also broken.

 

The green light flashes and only the stupid letter T appears. I tried everything but the situation does not change.

    Good evening,

    you have no other choice but to submit a fault report, since apparently there is no connection. Here is the link where you can report the malfunction. Or you can call 08003301000 to report a malfunction. Since you have entered your customer data in the profile, you can also wait until a customer advisor will contact you. Surely he will also speak English.

    Ok guys thank you so much for your help!

     

    Finally I found somebody who can speak English. 

     

    And my new modem is coming..
