Cancel my contract/No service

Hi, 

 

I placed an order for DSL on 03.12.2022 after the website showed that the service is available for my address.

 

After 10 days I get an email that my address needs more work and an appointment for a technician is yet not possible.

 

This is taking too long which is a waste of time and money. 

 

I want to cancel the order, how to do it?

    I got this email informing me that it has been canceled but how can I make sure it is done without waiting too long for the confirmation?

    A direct answer: it is difficult to cancel the order as long as there is no order confirmation - maybe a Teamie can help on that.

    Once an order confirmation (stating the date when internet service will start) is there, it is a mere usage of legal "Widerrufsrecht".

     

    An indirect answer: sounds like a ressource shortage.

    Hence unless you do have the option for a different access technology (cableTV, mobile network, satellite, ...) probably no other DSL service provider will be able to provide you an internet access, as typically these rely on Telekom ressources.

    So if you cancel the DSL order with Telekom you might be wasting even more time, without a result.
