For days I was trying to reach English customer service, I tried mostly all numbers/hotlines but without any luck.

I found a form online special for canceling fiber orders but it requires customer number which I can't find anywhere, created account on mobile app, checked online the customer number page but for me it always blank.

Now  i have the order number but I don't have the customer number so I can't use the online form or the hotline.

Please I would appreciate any help
