Trying to cancel order

Hello everyone
I am currently trying to cancel an order but I don't have enough information (such as the SIM number) to cancel via the website. I then tried to call the order hotline and got hung up on twice for asking to speak to someone in English. Could someone in the order department please call me so I can cancel my prepaid order. My order number is 635xxxx.

I think I have 2 weeks to cancel the order and today is the last day I am able to. If I send an email I am worried that they will take forever to respond and I will be charged regardless and the order wont be canceled in time.

no worries, the date of the day you send the E-Mail matters.
The cancellation will still go through.

I have emailed them asking to cancel the order. Hopefully this time everything runs smoothly.
