Please help Cancel order to switch internet provider

Last year a Telekom agent visited my apartment and said they are switching the internet connection to Telekom for the entire city and it's mandatory so i agreed and gave my details.
I have received an email with order confirmation and details for switching.
However, the new contract made by him is higher priced for faster download speed then my current contract at Vodafone , I do not want to switch my cable internet service provider
Please help me cancel this order or contract.

Anyone who concludes a contract as part of a door-to-door sales transaction has a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The period begins when you have received the goods. The 14-day period is a minimum standard in the EU.
After that, you can only try a "goodwill termination".
