Telekom employees visited me at my apartment on 15.09.2023. They said that Telekom would provide fiber infrastructure in the area where we live nearby and that it would be good to make a contract as soon as possible. We made a contract by at-door sales. During this time, my contract with another provider continued. As of June 1, 2025, my contract with the other provider ends and my Telekom contract begins. However, when I check now, I see that fiber infrastructure has not been established in the area and is not even planned. For this reason, I want to cancel my Telekom order. If I switch to Telekom, both my internet speed will be slower and I will have to pay more bills. Please help me to cancel my order. I have tried over kontakt formular but auftragsnummer is not 11 digit.
