How to return SpeedPort & Cancel Fibre Order

Hello,

 

I recently moved home, and as such have a new contract, the old contract was Hybrid LTE , so I had to use the SpeedPort to be able to utilise the speed needed. This is no longer the case with the new address and I provided my own modem and router, as such would like to know the process to return the SpeedPort I have.

 

In addition, at the old address, I had an order placed for Fibre for some months, but then ended up moving, I want to cancel this, as when checking, my new address will mot have Fibre till 2027 it seems.

    First link worked a treat, the second one however; I can't manage t see where to do it for the Fibre, I seem to only be able to modify the order, not cancel it.
