Cancellation of Contract due Fiber installation delay

I made a Glasfaser contract on 30.06 but I wasn’t informed that the Fiber(Glasfaser) isn’t ready in my building and I wasn’t given any specific timeline either but I found out, it will take about 3months to be finished and I also don’t have the optic fiber box(modem) in my building and I only have the socket for DSL. Although I was told DSL does not work in my building because I initially wanted to make a DSL contract except Glasfaser but they offered me DSL as solution till the Installation is finished but somehow they cancelled the offer. I’ve been going back and forth with this issue with Telekom trying to look for a solution and it is getting too complicated and I badly need a Wi-Fi, so all I want now is to cancel the contract and look for other options because I can’t wait that long but the 14 days cancellation period is over

      had worst than that i wated from 2022 now 4 years and there is no fiber, I did switch to Vodafone and cancelled Telekom its 60% cheaper than Telekom.

      PS the support are used as a therapie to not make you angry and keep you overpaying rather than solving the problem, because they don't even know. Telekom have 0 experience with Fiber and they don't have the right people (workers on field) RIP germany overall!
