Cannot book appointment // Termin kann nicht gebucht werden

Hello,

I am attempting to reschedule a technician appointment. When I follow the link emailed to me it prompts me to choose a new date. No matter what date I enter I always get the same message: "your desired appointment could not be scheduled". I tested every single date and nothing worked. I am only a begginer in German and cannot handle a phone call yet. How should I proceed?

Da dir nur jemand mit Systemsicht helfen kann und du dein Profil schon befüllt hast, gebe ich die Frage grad mal nach hinten weiter!

In deinen Profildaten sollte deine Kundennummer, eine Handynummer für den Rückruf und ein grosszügiges Zeitfenster stehen.
