Can't enter or edit my data on telekom webpage

I recently started my Telekom plan for home network. But I cannot see any data on my contract, or the personal information in "Mein Magenta Kundencenter"
Under "Mein Profil" , I get the following message: "Mit diesem Telekom Login ist eine Ansicht und Bearbeitung der persönlichen Daten nicht möglich. ", and under Verträge appears nothing.
Other information that might be related - I ordered Fiber for a later date, and DSL connection for the time being. I got the Vertrag for Fiber in mail, but not for DSL connection, and I can't validate if it was recieved on Telekom end, because nothing appears in the website.
I also don't have a Kundennummer yet, because I didn't get the Vertrag. I'm unsure if it's a website issue, or issue in the order.

Good evening @Uriya and welcome to our Telekom hilft Community.
If you don't have any active contracts with personal access data, you can't see anything in the "Kundencenter". Did you order a DSL contract as well?
