Can't reach english support center 08003301080

I've been trying to call English support center for several hours, but without any success.
Internet in my apartment stopped working last Saturday. I tried to reboot everything (including automatic repair in MeinMagnetaApp), but the problem is still there.
How can I get some help?

Da dir nur jemand mit Systemsicht helfen kann und du dein Profil schon befüllt hast, gebe ich die Frage grad mal nach hinten weiter!
In deinen Profildaten sollte deine Kundennummer, eine Handynummer für den Rückruf und ein grosszügiges Zeitfenster stehen.
Hab noch etwas Geduld, du wirst bekümmert!

Do you mean Diagnose? Because it doesn't work for me and asks to call.

I've been trying to call English support center for several hours, but without any success.
The number is no longer valid and Telekom does not offer an English language hotline. Try 08003301000, keyword "Störung", and ask for an English speaking agent. Might require a few attempts, but you should be able to finde someone who can help.
Which router do you have, does it throw any meaningful error messages? What colors do the LEDs on the fiber modem show (if applicable)?

As discussed, it looks from the photo that the fiber optic cable has been bent so much that it has broken 🙏🏽 I have now sent you a new fiber optic cable. Test it as soon as it arrives and give me some feedback afterwards 😊
