Company Pro 500 with static IP - not getting ip address on DHCP / no internet

Connecting Telekom Glasfaser Modem 2 to Cisco C8200L-1N-4T we're not getting ip address on DHCP. Router Static IP show ARP and able to ping to Glasfaser Modem 2 but not to Internet.
Setup using Fritzbox instead of Cisco was succcessful so connectivity and bandwidth isn't the issue.

Hello @Thorsten401 ,
there is no DHCP at the WAN-Side.
You have to configure PPPoE with VLAN 7 at the Dialer-Interface.

It appears we missed some due diligence before placing the order as we cannot use dialer interface. Is this because of the modem that was installed? Is there any chance to get this to a dedicated internet circuit?

The router needs to be configured. The modem works on ISO layer 2 und does not interfere with IP-settings.
