Confused about closed issue about outstanding amount

  1. I explain in brief. My wife got Internet connection with MagentaTV box on my name. she put her bank account number for payment. Payment was done by her account from her bank account every month. we decided to discontinue with Telekom after couple of months. I asked to your Coustmer care executive for disconnecting formalities. Then after I informed to my my wife to finish the formalities. My wife informed to me that she was submitted MagentaTV box and done other formalities. she informed that she end of the contract with Telekom and pay all outstanding bills at Telekom outlet in Osterhofen. we are living in different places still long time. I ignored your notifications because that matter was already closed. I went in India because of my mother had suffered under serious medical problems. Unfortunately I did not return as per schedule because of COVID-19 pandemic. I returned in Germany in February. I am suffering from vascular disease still March. I am under medical treatment. I am sure that somewhere confusion in this issue. I accept my accountability towards this issue. I deeply apologise for our insincerity. I want pay your outstanding payment. I request to give some waver in amount. please, send reasonable offer to pay. I will definitely pay your offer. I need your cooperation and waver. I am very hopefully from Telekom company. Thanks
