Solved
Constant problems
5 years ago
Hello. I am at my wits end. I've had problems with the Internet for many many months now. The constant disconnections lasting for hours or days. Trying to talk to Telekom resulted only in them pushing on me higher speed and higher payments. Nothing is fixed. Now I have no Internet for second day. I am supposed to be working from home but obviously can't as I need Internet connection. I am so frustrated I want to cry. Reporting a problem results in them calling a few days later, so until them I'm without Internet. I need something to be finally done.

Well without any information We simply can't help you.
We would need the used Tarif , the Router you have, if you use Powerline and so on.
And if we need the @telekomhilft Team you should enter your Information on this https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:telekom-custom-user-profile-userdata page. This information is only visible for you and the Team, not for us.

Also the error message says Connection failed. Check the LEDs at your speedport and the wiring.
All the cables are connected properly.

Ok, the firmwareversion is the newest one.
Therefore, I will send an urgent message to the Telekom staff for checking your line respectively
your router.

Thank you so much. Hopefully they will be able to check it out soon. It's really difficult without the Internet when our work and school depends on it.

@edy1
The sign "@" must be used to "call" the desired interlocutor - a maximum of five people simulteanously is possible.
@Sven Ö.
