Disruption of connection

Good Day,
I have a constant problem, that my FRITZBOX looses connection to the server and internet is lost. It was a constant problem for like always, but it was happening maybe 1-2 a day, for 5 minutes, and i had no problems with it. For the last 2 weeks the situation is that i can lose this connection every 2-3 hours. And in the past, i was just obliged to wait maybe 2-5 minutes, and connection reestablished, now i need to constantly restart my FRITZBOX

Yes. As described, earlier i had this "random" disconnections only maybe 1-2 times a day. So i just waited and connected. Currently i physically need to disconnect the router from power, wait 10 sec, switch it on again, he will spend some time to start, not always even connecting again.
As you see in reports, sometimes it helps, there was also an occurence, that this has also not helped, and i waited 10-15 minutes.
When do you have time? I would like to contact you.

From Wednesday 11th June till Friday 13th June all 4 hour time slots between 08:00 am and 08:00 pm are available. Just tell me one that suits you and I will make the arrangements.
