Disruption of connection

Good Day,

I have a constant problem, that my FRITZBOX looses connection to the server and internet is lost. It was a constant problem for like always, but it was happening maybe 1-2 a day, for 5 minutes, and i had no problems with it. For the last 2 weeks the situation is that i can lose this connection every 2-3 hours. And in the past, i was just obliged to wait maybe 2-5 minutes, and connection reestablished, now i need to constantly restart my FRITZBOX

      Yes. As described, earlier i had this "random" disconnections only maybe 1-2 times a day. So i just waited and connected. Currently i physically need to disconnect the router from power, wait 10 sec, switch it on again, he will spend some time to start, not always even connecting again.

      As you see in reports, sometimes it helps, there was also an occurence, that this has also not helped, and i waited 10-15 minutes.

      I told you that it would take some time for me to get you the available technician appointments next week.

       

      From Wednesday 11th June till Friday 13th June all 4 hour time slots between 08:00 am and 08:00 pm are available. Just tell me one that suits you and I will make the arrangements.

      • there is no 7560HM model.   If it is really 7560, that appears quite old.
      • Question regarding contract means , what type of contract you have ( see invoice ), e.g. Magenta Home L 
      •   PLC / Powerline is a datatransmission technogy which uses normal powerconnection as transport media rather than dedicated cable. in some cases it might influence DSL stability  due to overlapping frequency bands
      • Typically 0800 330 100 is the fastest way to fix a problem
