Status of a glass fibre connection order

Hello @Telekom hilft Team ,

 

I am an existing telekom internet customer. Recently a technician from Telekom came to my house and asked for some details for converting my existing connection to glass fiber. I provided the same. I received a callback from Telekom customer service team and later an order number via email. After that I received no further communication about that conversion order. Could you please help me to know the status of the order. I would like to receive a callback in English. Requesting your help. Thank you very much.
