WLAN internet disruption everyday

Hello,
I recently became a telekom customer with the MegentaZuhause L internet and even got the Speedport Pro Plus router from telekom. For the first 2 weeks, I had a stable connection, after that, I started to get connection disruptions one every 2 or 3 days. It takes 5 to 10 minutes for the internet to be back. This only got worse with time. Since the 3rd of August, the disruptions have been happening 6 to 8 times a day.
I called the helpline multiple times but since my German is not good, the representatives are not willing to help me. Apparently, there are no English speakers in Telekom customer service. So I got a friend who speaks German to help me out. Even then the most that was done was restart the router remotely, twice. This did not help at all. Still getting disruptions.
Could someone please help me? I work from how so a stable connection is very important. please help

welcome to the Telekom-hilft forum.
First of all: Only a router restart does nothing in this case, because it could even worsen the error pattern, but not necessarily. Have you already opened a trouble ticket ? https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/hilfe-bei-stoerungen How does the line synchronize ? It would be fabulous if you could show the values in the hidden menu of the router under Internet > DSL. Hi Timur, i have not received any calls from Telekom all morning. The internet already dropped twice. Any chance I might get some help today?
Could you please tell me why these connection drops are happening?

Thanks for the nice conversation @shahed_khan.
As discussed, I have sent you another router with a return label.
It usually takes about 5 days until the router will be delivered.
Please let me know if you have disconnects with the new router.
I keep my fingers crossed that the issue will be solved.
