I am trying to contact the fiber optics hotline but as I do not speak German, I can not pass the automatic reply in the beginning, i think it is asking for my phone number, I tried to insert it multiple time in multiple formats but no luck, could not pass to talk to a human.
Can someone explain to me how i can pass that automatic robot answer?
