Continued billing

I left Germany over 3 months ago. I canceled my contract and returned the router to the Telekom, however I am still getting billed monthly, how do I stop this? I am no longer in Germany so I cannot go to one of their stores and ask. Any help greatly appreciated.

      Hi @aidanzana ,

      welcome to the Telekom hilft Community.

       

      When you canceled your contract was there a specific end date? Not all contracts can be canceled immediately. You should find this in one of your documents. Please check whether there is a specific date. If you do not find this, for how long was the contract running?

      You had TWO independent contracts, I guess.

      1. MagentaZuhause tariff
      2. rental contract for the router
