Customer Service English

I have now been trying to call every single telekom number every 30 minutes and no one speaks English. They keep directing me to the same page to generate a return label but that page does not let me print anything after entering the details. I mention this problem and it still directs me back to this. Does anybody have the English customer service number here ?

      I also have the same problem. Could someone contact me about changing the current private 5G router internet to a Business account.

      I got this message with way too much delay...

      But nevertheless we already had a nice phone call and everything ist done already.

      Sorry, but I do not speak Deutsche... 

       

      However, my MagentaXL internet service not working properly for the past two (2) weeks...!!! 

      Have tried contacting TELEKOM via the 08003301000 telephone number --- however, seems the automated menu only responds to telephonic inputs and German language.  

      Can anyone recommend a method to help me contact someone at Telekom?

      It seems this may require a technician to respond to the internet service problem.

      Thanks for the pleasant call  @BOWEN1.

      As discussed, you get the disconnections most likely because of the repeater (TP-Link).

      I did a factory reset for the router and ordered you the "Speed Home WLAN".

      Your router and the new repeater will be compatible, and you should not have any issues.
