Date of Termin was changed

Hello,
Sorry I don't speak German very well so I'm going to speak English. I just found out that Telekom changed the date of my Termin in order for me to get internet. I was supposed to have my appointment tomorrow the 13th with the technician and just found an email from the 8 of July stating that my appointment was now the 18th. I really need internet ASAP for my work and needless to say I'm disappointed that the date was changed without informing me before. Now the Termin is for a day I'm not even home and I cannot access the link to change the date. And of course, now I'll have to wait even longer to get internet. Is there a number I can call to get an English speaking customer service?

Sorry, ich spreche nicht sehr gut Deutsch, also werde ich Englisch sprechen. Ich habe gerade herausgefunden, dass die Telekom das Datum meines Termins geändert hat, damit ich Internet bekommen kann. Ich sollte meinen Termin morgen am 13. mit dem Techniker haben und habe gerade eine E-Mail vom 8. Juli gefunden, die besagt, dass mein Termin jetzt am 18. ist. Ich brauche wirklich so schnell wie möglich Internet für meine Arbeit und bin natürlich enttäuscht, dass der Termin geändert wurde, ohne mich vorher zu informieren. Jetzt fällt der Termin auf einen Tag, an dem ich nicht einmal zu Hause bin, und ich kann nicht auf den Link zugreifen, um den Termin zu ändern. Und natürlich muss ich jetzt noch länger warten, bis ich wieder Internet habe. Gibt es eine Nummer, die ich anrufen kann, um einen englischsprachigen Kundendienst zu erreichen?
