Deutschland LAN IP - Async dial up still possible?

AT&T Global Networks has several PSTN lines from Deutsche Telekom to monitor its equipment, switches and routers. I have been made to understand that these PSTN lines will be replaced by an IP product. Does this product still allow for async dial up?

@evanveen&#xa0;nur mal die übersetzung  Hoffe die ist richtig!&#xa0;AT & T Global Networks hat mehrere PSTN-Leitungen von der Deutschen Telekom zur Überwachung ihrer Geräte, Switches und Router. Ich wurde dazu gebracht zu verstehen, dass diese PSTN-Leitungen durch ein IP-Produkt ersetzt werden. Erlaubt dieses Produkt weiterhin eine asynchrone Einwahl?
