Die Hotline sagt ich soll mich bei der Disposition melden wegen früherem Technikertermin

Mein DSL Anschluss ist gestern freigeschaltet worden. Leider hatte ich den ganzen Abend Verbindungsabbrüche, und hatte mich daher an die Supporthotline gewendet. Die Kollegin dort meinte es gibt wohl ein Problem mit dem Verteilerkasten, so dass Sie direkt einen Techniker reserviert hat. Da dieser aber erst am Montag einen freien Termin hat, hat Ihre Kollegin mich gebeten mich heute noch einmal bei der "Disposition" zu melden, da die Kollegen dort wohl auch kurzfristigere Termine organisieren können. Ich probiere das mal statt über die Hotline auf diesem Wege!

    Die Disposition erreichen Sie über die 0800 33 01000 - von dort aus verbindet man Sie dann mit den Kollegen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
