DSL Router sent back undelivered by DHL

Hello, My current contract with Vodafone will be exchanged with Telekom as they claimed
they are the actual provider and with their service I would get better speed and
facilities. So, I agreed and they notified they will send router in advance and
they did. However without any communication and hence I missed that as I was on
holiday outside. I discovered that from DHL letter stating my parcel was placed
in nearby packing station but since its already more than 7 working days,
so probably it was returned to the sender. Since the switchover is due in next
3 days (on 21 Mar), what would be the fastest way to get the router by that time?
It is tough for me to directly connect with their customer service with my poor
German.
