Termination of DSL contract

Hi,

 

I would like to cancel my DSL contract, as i moved to studierendenwerk and my contract is upto 27.11.2021 and I already sent back the router. But the amount is still debited from my account and i also attaching my DSL contract 

 

Any suggestions would be helpful

      Hi @nikhilrajm78,

      thank you very much. I already answered by email.

      I cancelled the contract to tomorrow now. Please don't be alarmed if you get an invoice for the whole month of July tomorrow. This was already in the sending process. We won't debit the amount from your bank account.
