Termination of Contract (Festnetz)

I already terminated my contract last January 30, 2022 through online Telekom website. I have a received email that it will take 2-3 days to process the said termination and that I will receive a mail per post.  However to make sure, I went the next day to a Telekom shop. They said to me just wait for few days for the confirmation of contract. But few days already passed by but until now I did not received any of confirmation per mail or email. I tried to ask the status online with this chat forum but they said it need to write termination letter!! Which is I find it weird! From your website it says their online termination or written!  Can you please help me?? I am really having bad headache talking to the costumer services!!
