My activation date was yesterday on 02.11.2026. I received a message on 29.10.2026 that my on-site appointment with a tech was no longer necessary because my connection would activate. 

My speedport smart 4 router has not connected for activation. I continuously plugged it in, unplugged to let it sit for 20 minutes, then plugged it in again but no change. I found the main TAE connection for the DSL cord but I receive the same error: Kabel-Fehler (e0) and connected without internet. 

I followed the router setup journey in the MeinMagenta app but I keep getting an incorrect password error when I put in the password (I tried both Gerätepasswort and WLAN-Schlüssel). When I tried to scan the QR code the app says it's invalid. 

Please let me know if I am missing something or what else I should try.
