Unfortunately, there is no longer a special English-speaking hotline. From abroad, you can reach Telekom at +49 171 2522088. Note: This number can only be reached via the mobile network abroad and not via WLAN call.

Other than anywhere else at Deutsche Telekom customer service, they might actually be understood and answered in English.

I don't speak German so I don't understand the automated voice.
This is a complicated Matter . I closed my account down in April and am still continuing to get billed and now receiving debt letters. I moved from Germany in May and have tried to speak to someone but it's impossible to get anyone speaking English.

Can you leave a callback number in your profile and give me little ping in this thread? I'll call you afterwards. Please keep your customer number (Kundennummer) and the last six numbers of your IBAN on hand.
