English - Unstable DSL internet

Dear Telekom Customer Service,

 

I have been a satisfied Telekom customer with DSL Internet since 2022. However, over the last two months, my connection has been repeatedly disconnected for several minutes at a time, several times a day.
I have tried to solve the problem by rebooting my router, but the problem persists. I then repeatedly reported this issue to Telekom, which resulted in a technician being sent to my home to investigate. The Telekom technician identified a potential problem with my cable, which was then replaced by my home management technician. I even personally supervised his work to make sure everything was fixed properly. Unfortunately, within half a day of the repair, the connection problems resurfaced.


Therefore, could you please re-evaluate my connection from your side? I'm working from home so this problem makes me really frustrated.
