Ich habe ein Prepaid-Konto. Jetzt habe ich mir ein MagentaMobil XS mit Premium-Plus-Smartphone bestellt.
Ich habe mein Smartphone bekommen, aber meine eSim war nicht aktiviert und ich habe meine Kundennummer nicht erhalten.

Hast du einen Kundencenterzugang, über den du den Tarif verwalten kannst? Dort könnte die Einrichtung der eSIM angestoßen werden.

You said you have a Prepaid account; have you ordered the new Magenta Mobil XS as a change from your current prepaid plan? Then the SIM and phone number should remain the same.

I couldn't extend my contract, so I needed to get a new one. But I never got any information about this new contract. I even got the smartphone I order with the new plan.

Is it still possible to get you by phone with your prepaid number? As I tried it a few minutes ago, I couldn't reach you.
Or how is it possible to get you by phone so we can have a look what it is about that you eSIM doesn't work.
