Facebook and Youtube work, but many other websites fail to load. Very confusing!

My Speedport Smart 4 Type B has been behaving very strangely since yesterday. I can use Facebook, YouTube, Gmail, but many other websites (bahn.de, soundlcloud.com, even Telekom.de) cannot be loaded.

Tried diagnosing via Magenta/EasySupport but the problem persists. Would be really good if someone could offer help here.
