Liebe Community

Im Telekom Shop wurde mir gesagt das dort die Kündigung eines Festnetzanschlusses nicht möglich ist.

Es geht nur per App, Kontaktformular, Kundencenter oder per Brief.

Heißt also; man kann im Shop einen Vertrag abschließen, diesen aber nicht kündigen. Ist das tatsächlich so?
